MC2 is a COMPANY THAT TRADES IN PAPER, CARDBOARD, AND PLASTIC WASTE.
MC2 has developed and implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:15 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:15 standards, which encompasses the processes, responsibilities, resources, etc., established to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in quality, compliance with legal requirements, and care/improvement of the environment. The scope of the Integrated Management System certification implemented at MC2 is for the purchase/sale of materials for recycling.
This System consists of this Quality and Environment Manual, which sets out the philosophy and guidelines of the integrated quality and environment system, which are developed in the collection of process files and Manual referred to.
MC2’s Quality and Environment Policy consists of the following points:
- Identification and understanding of the context of the Organization
- Identification of stakeholders from the point of view of quality and environmental management
- Comply with legal and other requirements such as those of a contractual nature, or voluntary agreements, related to both our activities and our environmental aspects, and periodically update and evaluate compliance.
- Ensure that the products and services delivered to customers comply with their explicit and implicit, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Train, motivate, and involve affected personnel in the management of the Quality and Environmental System.
- Provide the necessary resources to ensure the proper performance of the Integrated Management System and achieve service/product compliance.

- Establish actions and programs aimed at preventing defects/incidents
- Establish systems to identify and measure customer needs and thus increase their level of satisfaction with the services provided
- Plan and develop activities for the continuous improvement of products and processes. Plan and improve our processes, approving and promoting increasingly ambitious quality and environmental objectives and goals, and identifying areas for improvement to become more competitive every day, within the framework of a cycle of improvement
- Prevent and reduce pollution and environmental impacts through proper management and operational control of waste associated with our activities, and work to further improve control over environmental risks through preventive, organizational, and
- Establish channels of communication with stakeholders, especially our customers, both in terms of quality and the environment, and to improve their level of satisfaction.
- Continuously improve the Quality and Environmental Management System through successive reviews.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to quality and environmental management and activities.
The Managing Director of MC2, through the Quality and Environment Manager, will disseminate this Quality and Environment Policy so that it is understood and applied by all personnel involved in activities subject to the Quality and Environment System. This document is distributed via internal memo, email, or notice boards to all company employees once a year.
In order to monitor the progress of the Quality and Environmental System, one of the measures is the periodic review of the validity of this Quality and Environmental Policy.
